Speaking about functionality, WinTopo comes with a very handy One-Touch Vectorization option that turns using the application into a simple 3-step process: load a raster, click the One-Touch Vectorise button from the upper right hand corner, save the vectors. This simple layout makes it very easy to figure out the interface and to access WinTopo’s functionality. You will be able to do this with the greatest of ease from a user friendly interface. Load a BMP, TIF, JPG, Gif or PNG file into WinTopo and you will be able to convert it to a vector file that you can use with CAD or other similar applications.
